News: Engines roar, luxury cars gather - Cambodia Gumball 3000 ignites Cambodia!

On September 15th, Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, was completely ignited by the roar of engines as Gumball 3000, one of the world's top luxury car events, officially opened its luxurious curtain. This feast of speed and passion not only showcased the ultimate charm of global luxury cars, but also attracted many celebrities to compete with it, bringing an unprecedented visual feast to the streets of Phnom Penh. In addition, as one of the participants of the event, Liberty Carz, together with about 150 top luxury cars made a grand appearance, and our Cybertruck became one of the highlights of the race.

The caravan entered Cambodia through the Bavet international border and traveled to Thailand on September 17th through the Poipet international. The event not only celebrated the 25th anniversary of the Gumball 3000, but also fit in with the themes of “Visit Siem Reap 2024” and “China-Cambodia Year of Humanistic Exchanges 2024”, helping to promote Cambodia's tourism and culture internationally.

A Phnom Penh concert on September 15 brings together local and international stars, a charity event raises money for the Angkor Children's Hospital, and on September 17, the event will challenge the Guinness Book of Records for a historic moment.

Many international sports stars were also in the spotlight at the event. Big names from the sports world, including American professional baseball legend Ken Griffey Jr., French soccer superstar Patrice Evra, and American football star Jimmy Graham, were all present at the tournament. Malaysian racing champion Leona Chin, actor Zizan Razak, and famous Vietnamese presenter and rapper Binz Da Poet were also among the celebrities who made their presence felt at the race.

Not only that, the popular American anchor IShowSpeed will drive a dazzling Lamborghini Huracan STO to bring the ultimate speed experience. The popular YouTube channel Daily Driven Exotics (DDE) will be presenting exciting racing moments in a Lamborghini SVJ. Meanwhile, celebrity YouTubers Lazarbeam, Lachlan and Sidemenk will add a special touch to the speed fest with their Land Rover Defenders.
