Introducing the Revolutionary Import Supercars Feature

Liberty Carz proudly introduces the revolutionary Import Supercars feature, the first of its kind in Cambodia. This feature allows automotive import partners to seamlessly manage the importation, listing, and sale of luxury supercars. This guide provides a detailed walkthrough for merchants on how to utilize this feature effectively, ensuring a seamless experience from car listing to managing purchases.

Automotive Import Partners can use the Liberty Carz Merchant App to:

• Manage their profile and store.
• Create and edit supercar listings.
• Manage purchases when customers buy supercars.
• Generate reports..

Creating Supercar Listings

Adding a New Supercar

Step 1: Launch the Merchant App

Open the app and tap the add iconto start the process of creating a new supercar listing. The app is available on Google Play and the App Store.

Step 2: Upload Photos and Videos

• Photos: Upload up to 16 external and 14 internal photos of the car.
• Videos: Ensure the video size does not exceed 100 MB for iOS and 50 MB for Android.

Inputting Car Information

Step 3: Input Car Information

1. Brand, Model, and Year: Select these details from the available list.
2. Store: Choose the store where the car will be listed. If no store exists, create one.
3. Status: Set the car’s status as Used or New.
4. Description: Provide a short description of the car.
5. Transmission: Specify whether the car has a manual or automatic transmission.
6. Seats and Doors: Indicate the number of seats and doors.
7. Fuel Type: Select whether the car uses gasoline, diesel, hybrid, or electric power.
8. Body Type: Choose the car’s body type.
9. Origin: Select the country of origin.
10. Color: Choose the car’s color.
11. Mileage: Enter the mileage if the car is used.
12. Engine Size: Input the engine size.

Setting Up Variants

Step 4: Configure Variants

Car variants are the options of a “master” product with different attributes, such as different colors. You can set the color and image corresponding to that color (External Photo), so that when displayed on the customer platform, when the user chooses a color, the system will point to the correct image with the selected color.

For example, I have a McLaren 650S Spider. With this model, I have a yellow, orange, and green version. I will create a McLaren 650S Spider car on Liberty Carz and set it up with 3 color variations.

1. Select the Set color button right below the image to select the corresponding color.
2. Choose the color.

Continue doing steps 1 and 2 until you have updated all variants of that car model.

After you have chosen, you can change the color by clicking the Set color button in the position you want to change. You can also delete the selected color by clicking the remove icon as shown below.

Preview and Submit

Step 5: Preview and Submit

1. Preview: Review the car details to ensure accuracy.
2. Submit: Post the listing for it to appear on the customer app. Note that listings may be unpublished if they contain inappropriate information.

Managing Supercar Listings

Merchants can view and manage their car listings by status. 

On the home screen, the merchant can select the product icon from the menu or the list icon to go to the supercars screen.

Status of the supercar:

• Publish: the car being listed for sale on the customer app. The customer can view and request quotations.
• Unpublish: the car has been removed from sale on the customer app (status changed in the merchant app or web admin), and the status can be changed to post for sale on the customer app. 

Viewing and Editing Listings

Step 1: Access Listings

From the home screen, select the product icon to go to the supercars screen.

Step 2: Edit Details

To edit car details, select the three dots icon on the car detail screen, make the necessary changes, and click SUBMIT.

Generating QR Codes

Step 1: QR Code Generation

View car details on the Merchant App, click the share icon, and generate a QR code for the car.

Step 2: Download and Share

Download the QR code, which includes the car title and price, and use it for easy sharing of car details.

Managing Supercar Purchases

Merchants can view and manage their car listings by status. 

On the home screen, the merchant can select the product icon from the menu or the list icon to go to the supercars screen.

Status of the supercar:

• Publish: the car being listed for sale on the customer app. The customer can view and request quotations.
• Unpublish: the car has been removed from sale on the customer app (status changed in the merchant app or web admin), and the status can be changed to post for sale on the customer app. 

Edit car

Merchants can edit the car information, images, and videos by themselves.  

Step 1:  Click the three dots icon on the car detail screen

Step 2: Select Edit Car 

Step 3: Edit car information and click SUBMIT to save it.

Get and download QR codes of cars

Merchants can get the QR code of the car when sharing it; after that, they can scan it to view its details on the Customer App. With this QR code, merchants can download, print, and paste it on the car at the store, making it easy for customers to get detailed information about the car via the Liberty Carz App.

Step 1: Click to view car details on Merchant App

Step 3: Let see the QR code 

• Click Download to download the QR code image, including: QR code, title of car, and price of car
• Click Copy link to copy the link to car
• Click Share to share this car via multi-channels

When customers scan this QR code, they will be able to view this car's details on the Customer App.

The merchant can view purchase details 

Click on the home screen to access these Order screens.

How do I create a supercar listing?

To create a supercar listing, follow these steps:

1. Open the Merchant App and tap the add icon.

3. Input car information such as brand, model, year, and other details.
4. Set up variants if any.
5. Preview the listing and submit it.

What should I do if my store is not listed in the system?

If your store is not listed, you can create a new store during the car listing process by selecting the option to create one.

How can I edit a car listing?

Can I generate a QR code for my car listing?

Yes, you can generate a QR code for your car listing. View the car details, click the share icon, and generate a QR code. Download and use this QR code to share the car details easily.

How do I view purchase details for supercars?

You can view purchase details by accessing the Order screens from the home screen.

Can I update the status of my supercar listing?

Yes, you can update the status of your supercar listing from Published to Unpublished and vice versa through the Merchant App.
